Community Guidelines

Last updated: 2 October 2026 Tradie Market works when customers and tradies treat each other fairly. These Community Guidelines sit with our Terms of Use. Breaking them can mean content is removed or an account is suspended. Be honest • List only work you can legally do. • Describe jobs and businesses accurately. • Do not fake reviews, ratings or photos. Be respectful • No abuse, threats, harassment or hate. • No spam, scams or repeated unwanted contact. • Keep public profiles professional. Keep money and jobs between you Tradie Market introduces people. We do not take a cut of job payments and we do not police private chats. Agree price, scope, timing and payment method directly with the other party. Do not pressure anyone to pay in a way they are not comfortable with. Report suspected fraud in the app. Protect privacy Do not publish someone else’s home address, phone, email or ID in a public listing. Share contact details only when you choose to, after a quotation or message thread. Safety Meet in a way that feels safe. Customers should check licences and insurance. Tradies should not start work without a clear agreement. Tradie Market does not attend jobs and is not responsible for what happens on site. Reports If something feels wrong, report the profile or conversation. We may look into reports to protect the community, but we are not a court or a payment dispute service.
